Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Gretum Labs collects when you use the Gretum app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account information such as your name, email address and billing details; workspace content such as window layouts and shared room settings, stored so it can sync across your devices; and usage and diagnostic data such as app version, device model and crash reports. You can turn off diagnostics in Settings at any time.
2. Spatial and sensor data
Room scans, hand tracking and eye tracking are processed on your headset. This data is not uploaded to our servers and is not used for advertising. In shared rooms, your persona position, voice and hand movement are streamed to other participants in real time and are not recorded unless the host starts a recording and every participant is notified.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Gretum, sync your workspace, process payments, respond to support requests, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Gretum (hosting, payments, email), with your organisation's administrator if you use a Teams plan, or when required by law.
5. Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights from account settings or by contacting us.
7. Children
Gretum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Headset manufacturers may set higher minimum ages.
8. Changes and contact
We will notify you in the app or by email before material changes to this policy take effect. Questions? Write to privacy@gretum.app.
