Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Gretum app, website and related services provided by Gretum Labs. By using Gretum you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your headset manufacturer, to use Gretum. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
2. Plans and billing
Personal is free. Pro and Teams are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. App store purchases are also subject to that store's refund terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Gretum to harass others, share unlawful content, record people in shared rooms without their consent, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You own the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, sync and display it solely to provide the service to you and the people you share it with.
5. Health and safety
Follow your headset manufacturer's safety guidance. Use Gretum in a clear space, take regular breaks, and stop if you feel discomfort, dizziness or eye strain.
6. Intellectual property
Gretum, its software, environments and branding belong to Gretum Labs and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.
7. Liability
Gretum is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Gretum Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination and changes
You can stop using Gretum and delete your account at any time. We will give notice before material changes to these terms take effect. Questions? Write to legal@gretum.app.
